Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Shipping Delays
While we always aim to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. Lev™ is not responsible for delays caused by third party carriers.

Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lev™ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
