Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect we will cover the return shipping cost in full.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after the 15 day window will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different bundle please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
